Dashcam video shows the moment two people narrowly escape being hit by an SUV speeding down the H.E. Bailey Turnpike.One Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper and an Oklahoma Turnpike Authority worker were outside a unit this week while responding to a grass fire along the highway.
