With Valentine’s Day and Mardi Gras celebrations approaching, residents of Bernalillo and Sandoval counties can make plans for a safe ride home through the Take a Ride on Us program.From 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 13, through 2 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 18, riders can use the code “BIGFEB26” in the Uber app under the “Vouchers” section to receive up to $10 off two rides. The offer is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is limited to the first 1,500 rides. The discount applies to Uber rides only and does not cover Uber Eats or driver tips.Since launching in 2017, Take a Ride on Us has provided more than 80,000 safe rides to residents across the Albuquerque metro area.
