Residents from three counties in southeast New Mexico are able to apply to replace food lost due to a significant winter storm.Those who lost their food paid for through SNAP must file a report to get replacement benefits. Residents of Lincoln County, Chaves County and some in Otero County must report their food losses by Monday, Feb. 23.Otero County residents living in the zip codes of 88317 and 88350 are able to apply for replacement benefits.
