Sandia National Laboratories are planning to conduct a controlled explosives test. It is set to happen on Wednesday, Jan. 7.The expected time for the testing is between noon and 3 p.m. Wednesday. Some Albuquerque residents could hear an explosion associated with the testing.Sandia laboratories officials said the test supports its national security missions. All hazards associated with the test are controlled, according to its press release.
