Renowned guitar virtuoso and Alice Cooper band member Nita Strauss has announced that she is expecting her first child with her husband and manager, Josh Villalta.

The 39-year-old Los Angeles–based guitarist shared the joyful news on Instagram on Thursday, January 1, posting a photo of a sonogram and ultrasound. Alongside the image, Strauss expressed her excitement and gratitude for the long-awaited milestone.

“Looks like 2026 will be the best year yet,” Strauss wrote. “We’ve waited so long for this miracle and now the time is finally here! He will come into this world surrounded by so much love! So excited to meet our little man this summer.”
