N.M. —
You’ll notice more clouds than sunshine on Friday, but the rain should hold off until after lunchtime for most locations. Highs across the Albuquerque metro will remain a few degrees below average and settle right around 60 degrees, cooler at 54 for Santa Fe. While afternoon shower chances are low, it’s a good idea to take the umbrella if you’re stepping out Friday night. You may encounter a passing shower or an isolated storm. Rain chances will drop off around 10 p.m.
Saturday starts with morning clouds, then gradual clearing. Go ahead with your outdoor plans. Sunshine returns and afternoon temperatures rebound nicely. On Sunday, we’ll begin a long stretch of sunny and dry days before rain returns at the end of next week.
