Swank, 52, shared the news in a video posted on Instagram, showing the family dancing with glow sticks taped to their bodies. As her husband, Philip Schneider, and her twins dance, Swank appears with a baby bump, with the glow sticks depicting a baby on her shirt.
The “Million Dollar Baby” and “Yellowjackets” actress said in the post “A lot of people have been asking what project I’m doing next, this one releases in December.”
Swank previously reflected on her decision to have children later in life, telling People Magazine that she was more career-driven in her early years. She said, however, she knew at some point that she wanted to have children.
“I knew I wanted kids someday, but I wasn’t planning what that would look like,” she told People Magazine. “I know it’s so different for everyone, but for me, if I had had a kid in my 20s or my 30s, I think I’d be a much different parent than I am now.”
Swank welcomed her twins Aya and Ohm in April 2023.
