ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Albuquerque police said one man is dead following a police shooting. According to APD, the suspect, identified as Martin Hernandez, fired at officers who returned fire just before 3 p.m. on Monday near Menaul Blvd. and Tramway Blvd. Hernandez died on scene.
